Begin by placing your Oreo cookies in a food processor until they are reduced to crumbs, with no large pieces. Add the butter, pulse until well combined. Press and flatten out the Oreo mixture into a greased pie plate before placing it in the freezer for half an hour. Next, in a bowl, combine the milk and marshmallows and place them in the microwave for 45 seconds. Stir until there are no lumps in the marshmallows. Add the sugar and cream cheese and beat the mixture until thoroughly combined. Add the extract and food coloring and beat again. Now, add the cream and beat until the mixture is fluffy. Fold in the peppermint pieces before spooning the mixture into the Oreo crust, sprinkling the top with more peppermint pieces, and placing it in the fridge. Leave overnight or for at least 4 hours.

● ¼ cup Milk
● 8oz Cream Cheese, softened
● ½ cup Sugar
● 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
● 4 drops Red Food Color
● 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
● ¼ cup Peppermint Candies, crushed + more to garnish
● Whipped cream to garnish (optional)
● Soft peppermint candies (like Sweet Stripes) to garnish (optional)

7. Add one teaspoon of peppermint extract and four drops of red food color. Beat for another 30 to 45 seconds.
