Made this tonight with chicken tenders cut into pieces. I was concerned about the amount of sauce being enough, but it was exactly right. Terrific recipe. Family loves it. Thank you! 🙂

I never have fresh whole ginger-root on hand. Can I substitute ground ginger in the Teriyaki Chicken??

You sure can, Susan. You can try between 1/8 to 1/4 tsp of ground ginger, will depend on the brand and how strong it is. I hope you love the teriyaki recipe.
